Dec 10 - Assistant Director of Annual Giving for Reunion Giving
The University of Findlay (www.findlay.edu) is seeking a full-time assistant director of annual giving for reunion giving, responsible for developing and maintaining a working partnership with staff and volunteers to help successfully achieve the Findlay Fund's dollar and alumni participation goals. This position is principally responsible for creating and implementing a strategy that will build a core group of Findlay Fund volunteers and donors through class management focused on reunion giving for the 25th, 40th and 50th reunion classes. Some evening and weekend work is required. A bachelor’s degree is required, with two years to three years’ experience. The qualified candidate will possess clear and persuasive written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail; ability to develop and maintain a positive rapport with a diverse population/broad constituent groups; exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills; ability to be effective engaging with all levels within the college; demonstrate a willingness to take on new challenges and opportunities as they arise or are assigned; ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently, consistently meeting deadlines; social media content creation and strategic platform management experience preferred; experience with Blackbaud's Raiser Edge software is preferred; and experience in development and higher education is preferred.
