Early Childhood Alliance is seeking a professional to join the organization as Development Director with overall responsibility for managing and implementing the agency’s campaign efforts. The Development Director creates and directs strategic development plans and manages the short and long-range development strategies, supporting the Board Development Committee in these activities. This position is responsible for building awareness of the mission and increasing visibility of ECA with an emphasis on building new and cultivating current donor relations. Position requires extensive knowledge and experience in fund development, annual campaign programs and donor relations. Proven ability to develop relationships and to raise significant financial support for Early Childhood Alliance. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum three years of experience. CFRE credential preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Salary commensurate with experience. 40 hours per week. Jan 29 - Impact 2818 Major Gifts Officer - Stan Buck Waterfront Lodge
Top Priorities a) Complete the Stan Buck Waterfront Lodge Campaign by raising the remaining $550.000.00 to complete the Project. Responsibilities a) The overall purpose of the Major Gifts Officer is to secure major gifts for the Stan Buck Waterfront Lodge using prescreened donor lists. This will potentially require travel throughout Indiana, and some possible overnights to build relationships with conference leadership, prospects and donors.
